We endeavour to dispatch packages for in stock items as soon as referenced payments are cleared. We send our packages via track and trace overnight courierpost (NZ Post).
If an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we possibly can and give you a swap or refund to cancel the order.

Items ordered during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that we do not have any control over the courier companies' delivery times, but it is normally overnight delivery service.
If item showing pre-order, delivery time is estimated at 6 to 12 working days.
Geek Store will make every effort to ensure delivery of goods or performance of services is on time but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery or performance. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery and must keep the courier bag if the item was damaged when delivered.
You must immediately inform the courier company and us. We will pursue the matter from our side. It involves a lot of paper work. Usually it takes between 7- 15 working days. More time if their investigation requires more details. Once the courier company accepts the liability for the loss or damages, we will send the product(s) again or give you the full refund.
